i started this 3 days ago after first time abs were hurting lol 3days in dnt get me wrong abs still hurting a bit lol but i can tell the pain is gradually going so i assume thats gd lol n hope see some gd results down the line

yeah, after i started those abs i felt like someone hit me in my neck by golf stick. After 3 days all pain dissapered (it's normal). My friend said, that with good diet, those exerices gives results even after a month. Well i have no questionts after i heard it. :D Good luck everyone. ;)

every day u can do it your abs being sore means it's working work through the pain and it will go away once you get use to it but if your abs hurt way 2 much you might have over done it so just keep it up and when u get your six pack you and the ladies/guys (if you go that way) will love it.

As your abs strengthen you'll be able to focus more on your core. Which gives you a more controlled movement in your abs with less strain on the neck.

I just do 50 crunches right before doing this workout. I pause the video a couple seconds in and do the crunches while it buffers and then soon as I am done I start the video again. I dont know if that is the thing to do but it works for me.

If you do it right your neck shouldn't hurt. Only place you should feel pain is your abs, also if you still feel pain in the neck do some neck stretches or improve on your form. You feel soreness because of the stretching of the muscles and the acid burning...which in fact is normal.

Yeah I don't think you can do this naturally without straining your neck. Also, how many times a week should you do this? I did it and then waited a day and by the time I was supposed to do it, I was pretty sore.

not its not suppose to hurt but like i tried it but is so hurt to remind urself just to move the abs but not do Any effort on the neck or the lower back, i think u really have to focus when u do this u make sure ur working out ur abs and not hurting ur neck. i guess with practice u get better at it and the u dont have to think on hurting ur neck

This is an oldie but goodie! I started doing this workout when I was 12 or so. That was eight years ago and I still love it.
