In food, hemp-seed oil is often used in many pre-packaged food for its cheap price and it's highly-nutritious value. he puts the spices on there so there is something to TASTE. since there is nothing in there other than avocado and the garlic pieces. though i have never encountered garlic in my sushi.

I'm a meat eater, but my aunt is a vegetarian, I have ate a vegan sushi roll before, and liked it alot. The only vegan thing I would never recommend is wheat grass juice (YUCK).. but I would like to try this recipe out if I can find the ingredients.. I may have to do some substituting though..

"Sushi" means "vinegared rice". Not "fish". It's about the rice.
