Lol, it looks like we have a general nutritionist here :) Yeah dude, I know nutritionists say you need 50-60grams a day, but thats for an average sized person who is trying to avoid muscular catabolism. I PROMISE that you cant become a BB eating 60grams of Protein a day. Instead of writting an essay, take my word for it, bb needs .7 to 1.5grams of protein per lbs you weigh. I have a BS in exercise physiology, I am a competitve powerlifter, and am a NASM certified personal trainer. TRUST ME!

Just a thought on that 1:34 comment, he needs a "belly" on those triceps like a 10 pound large mouth bass. Sometimes, it just don't happen......genetics, over-training, age, who knows.

The triceps are not below the biceps. The tricep brachii is a muscle with three origins located on the back of the upper arm , while the bicep brachii is an upper arm muscle containing two origins located in the front of the arm, not above the tricep muscle.

These guys look natural,thanks for posting. I have worked with built guys before most are quite intelligent,excellent with there diets and motivated. Ive now had the misfortune of having to work with an 18stone ego who when asked what the best exercises were by a colleague just grunted lift weights aint it, hes often moody and eats donuts/chocolate with his lunch several times a week.He also looks face wise like he has down syndrome but he hasnt. Like, yes, they do work out 60 to 90 minutes a day, four to six days a week. I shoot their workouts regularly. One of my clients has a DVD entitled "Four Hours a Week." He's a practicing veterinarian who's a pro in a natural bodybuilding organization. It's a popular misconception that bodybuilders train all day; many are IN THE GYM ALL DAY training clients or working the desk.

I don't have to prove they are clean. I'm based in the U.S. and so are you where a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is on you, and you have NO PROOF. I dare you to do what I suggested -- write a letter to the editor of ANY newspaper. Sign your name and give the names of the people you suspect, and see if it's published. It won't be without solid proof, because they (and you) could be sued without it. That's the law and that's the standard I use. Period.

People you suspect of using steroids who are "like huge and fat" are probably expecting drugs to most or all the work. Bodybuilding is about being conditioned (lean), symmetrical (balanced) and muscular (self-explanatory). Achieving an ideal balance of those three criteria usually takes a considerable amount of training (years), months of dieting, many hours of cardio, and is helped along considerably by good genetics.

You can spot reduce fat loss pal, your body just takes it from wherever it feels like, just lower your calorie intake, train the compound exercises with less rest higher reps (burns off more calories) and do some high intensity interval training after your weights session, EG 2 mins warm up 30 seconds fast 30 seconds slow on a treadmill for 16 mins total, 2 mins cooldown (20 mins cardio) hope this helps mate, didn't have much space to write it in full!

I started working out. After I could easily lift a certain weight 50 times I decided it was time to move onto heaver weights. I could barely lift it 20 times. Then ten times. Then I quit. That's true, people have a twisted misconception that if you take steroids you just plow on the muscle, well no that's not true. You still have to diet correctly, put in the work, and get enough sleep. It certainly speeds up the process though.

Some of these guys were absolutely on roids while others clearly weren't. When you get massive peaks, separation, striation and vascularity like some of them have you KNOW it's due to steroids. Probably direct injectables. Nature will only take them so far, so beyond normal physiological function they must enhance in order to compete with the other freaks of nature who are as well on steroids.

Don't worry you'll never get like that unless you too do steroids. Trust me I've been lifting for 30 years and NO drugs has ever entered my body. I'm 5'7" tall 205 pounds and have 18 1/2 inch "natural arms" and my biceps aren't close to these guys. However, had I ever done roids like them I know my arms would be over 20 inches no problem. I'll settle for "lifetime natural" as should we all unless competing like these giants. It's necessity in today's bodybuilding world unfortunately.

This guys inspire me, everytime I need inspiration I look at this, for any type of training, no matter is it condition or strength training, they are beasts and crazy! I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush... Thx for all the best for inspiration! (P.S. That's got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many can do the splits both ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.

It's not possible being without fat. You would die. Totally dehydrated bodybuilders before the Competition have ca 4-5% fat. They haven't anymore fat under the skin only a little bit at the organs. That's not healthy any more. Bruce Lee died on it, because he had permanent only a little bit fat. For me: everything under 8% isn't healthy - that's my opinion. And you look good too with 8%.

Are you implying Jackson has small shoulders? JJ has an excellent physique with very impressive shoulders. The standard of today's professional bodybuilding is disgusting with such emphasis placed upon attaining size and little regard to developing an asthetic and attractive apperance. In my opinion perfection in bodybuilding terms was achieved by Arnold Schwarznegger.

The problem with that muscle is that when you became like Johnnie Jackson, you can't anymore became powerfull per exemple i am a boxer -not very good indeed^^- and I know that I musn't became a bodybuilder because that will make me less fast and explosive... but I undertand that it is not the wich of everybody, and I was speaking by my own experience (sorry for my english^^)

Johnnie's muscle is for both strength and show. He excels at both bodybuilding and powerlifting as do Ronnie Coleman and many other bodybuilders.
