A shame, giving that question.. any person from any country who can't find their own country on a map gives reason to worry about their intelligence - unless they genuinely have no access to maps or education. But any answer she could give to this question could be offensive - "because they're dumb", "because they don't care about the USA enough to learn"? I mean, what can you say there?
