I used to eat raw eggs when I was bodybuilding back in the early 90's. These were just regular eggs and I never had any problems. Now I eat raw eggs that healthy organic eggs. I have absolutely no concern of problems. A strong immune system will take care of bad bacteria if it exists, and raw eggs boost your immune system anyway! I so wish I had access to raw Milk. I used to drink pasturized milk daily, but I quit after learning of the adulterations that occur in that store bought milk.

I was born in the Philippines, lived there 'till I was Nine. I only drank powdered milk, so the taste of "real" milk was just awesome...we got ours mainly from water buffalo, very creamy, and cows milk also (all grass-fed, for sure the WBmilk was raw).Then I got to America... Great video! I have been using raw milk for about 3 months, and have found that if I drink pasturized milk now, my stomach immediately has problems. I absolutely wouldn't switch back to pasturized milk. It tastes so much better, too. I haven't quite made it to the raw eggs, but the egg nog actually sounded like something I could do. I hope you will post more female-friendly (because that texture thing really is vile) recipes using raw eggs. Thanks so much! :D

I've been reading the same thing about Vitamin D and the misconception of skin cancer from sun exposure. It's amazing how we we're all doing the wrong thing by slathering on a sun block for the last 20 years and not getting the Vitamin D we so desperately need. Unfortantely if your life circumstance doesn't permit you to live where you can absorb those rays, then I guess the next best thing is to take cod liver oil with a minimum amount of Vit.D & A since it is stored over the winter months.
