It's not really cruel, I've seen worse on a day to day basis. (If you think about it we drag them around on a lease all day so putting a wig on them and blowing them with a fan would only seem fun in comparison) I don't think dogs look in the mirror and think "oh my god what am I wearing, I look hideous, that scarf is absolutely frightful and clashes with my belt"
