I'm so tired of photoshop being blamed for peoples lack of self esteem. I guess we got tired of blaming the barbie doll for ruining young woman's lives. I believe that photographs tend to fail to capture the true beauty of people, and instead , highlight flaws. Few people photograph as well as they look in real life. I think it's important to know that photos are "perfected" however, it's not realistic to expect them not to do it anymore. I try to be as naturally pretty as I can...but I still wear a little makeup and whiten my teeth, so am i any better? Especially all the people who dye, curl or straighten their hair, use tanning beds, have plastic surgery done, get their nails done, etc, etc, etc. We all use non-natural ways to achieve beauty. the stars have more money so they can go even further.

ive done this everyday for a week now and i've lost weight..but then again i also only eat 1500 calories a day, burn a tiny bit of that off by doing this exercise...i also eat nothing with flavor..except for grapes, apples, and bananas for breakfast and lunch...then boiled chicken legs in a salad with carrots for dinner..after that nothing...perhaps thats something u guys should try if you want to lose weight...try a laxative here and there too.

I think this is really if you're very very short on time. In my mind this isn't a healthy way to do a workout. You should really slowly warm up and slowly bring up your heart rate. This just attemps to boost your heartrate straight away which, from what I've been told, isn't good. And there's no end stretch. Best to just do a workout DVD.

I started a Pilates class 2 weeks ago and have had 3 sessions. I felt everything better next day after first session. I walk taller, better posture and have actually lost half a stone in weight so far and trimmed two inches from my wist. im a 32" now. The only guy in the class, my pals laughed at me. Now they are facinated by Pilates. Its fantastic!

It was very difficult to do, but I think with time one can be as good as you. I've been trying to look for a way to flatten my stomach. You see I've lost 7 inches around my hips and butt area, and 3 inches around my chest as well as 2 inches around my upper arms, but my stomach is still the same. I think by adding this to my hour routine might do the trick.

Well the traditional squat requires more abdominal activation than any traditional ab exercise. Any exercise which requires holding a weight over head requires strong core activation. Combining those two makes for one hell of a movement.

The problem with this analysis is that it tests the accuracy of the reported mass of a serving rather than the calories per unit mass. These companies don't have any incentive to give you extra food. You need to test whether the calories per serving is being reported honestly, not the weight of a serving. My point is not about makeup or the other things different to editing software. Not just the magazines but the people themself should post a comment in edited photos by software, whether photoshop or something else.
