Girl you can do it! I recently lost 45 lbs. And I know you can lose the weight you want to lose. Just remember it is for YOU only, not to please anyone, but yourself. You are the only thing stopping you from getting on that treadmill, and going past your comfort zone. Nothing tastes as good as that cute outfit you will wear when you are done! Don't stop putting yourself first!

I was where you were, hun. I still losing weight. I am 5'4". I want to get down to 140-150. I believe that would be a good weight to stay at for me. *shrug* It's very sad when I see girls go to extremes to be under 100 pounds... You can to go by your height and age. I also hate how people think that being overweight is not like anorexia or bulimia. It's a real problem but in reverse.
