omg that is terrible... In a way I know how you feel and in another i dont... Its hard to explain but there are other people out there that can help and that have been in the same situations...trust me on that you will get through it no matter how hard it is to or how much you want to give up just think of all the others that have delt with it and went through it and what they have to done to achieve what they thought they couldnt.... :(

im a 14 yr. old foster child. ive been in a mental behavioral health center twice for cutting, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self aggression. I have lived in 15 different homes and I am still trusting in God. I've battled abuse and neglect but I know that one day there WILL be beauty from pain. If anyone will be so kind to put me in their prayers, I will greatly appreciate it. This is an amazing song and if anyone needs someone to talk to, all are welcome to messege me. God's love IS real.

I suffer from chronic degenerative disc, its painful, but I know that God will come through. I pray that we will all stand strong and trust him, as he said in 2 Corinthians 12:9 " My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness"

Listening to this songs brings back allot of memories, like some of you have mentioned I too have gone through some traumatic events in my life, there were times where I was very close to giving up on life, But God came through for me and reminded me that he is here even through our most uncertain and painful times.

I remember when I first listened to this song things were pretty bad and I wondered wher is the hope where is the joy. Why havent I seen it yet, but I realized that even if the major things did go wrong and even get worse there was always the little things that I could still be grateful for. Its hard and always easy to do but it really helped me get through some diffucult times. Hope will come maybe not soon but it will come soon

Totally agree with you. Instead of despair I am learning to turn into hope and joy. Its a slow process and its not easy but it makes life better once you grasped that lesson.
