Just a quick note - im pretty sure God does not hate them even if they dont repent or whatever; they are still ultimately his creation. Its just that God cannot litterally look upon sin because he is so perfect, so he has to turn from it. When God's own son bore the weight of the world on his shoulders, God had to turn his face away from Jesus because he WAS sin. That would have been far worse for Jesus than any earthly torture such as the nails & thorns.

Hmm I find it quite amusing that soo many people who seem to hate christianity with a passion come onto christian sites such as this one. There must be something worthwhile on here? Or do u just like arguing? I hope its the first one, kuz the second is just pretty petty. Please, have ur own oppinion - just dont mock others for having theirs! And NEVER mock Jesus' name. hmmm...thx for the reply. A few things i guess.. firstly, i never said God 'made' homosexuals as they are. Its completely their choice. God made him a MAN. Men were created to be with women. If they weren't, you and i wouldn't be here right now. Secondly, i say it again, sin is sin. Its not about genitals or any other body part for that matter - because any part of the body can sin. Its about the heart. The human body is the most incredible and beautiful thing God designed.

again, God does not hate anyone. Sin is not created from God. God made angels, and they are not made in His perfect image. Thus, they do not have His holy character. A fallen angel, satan, decided to tempt adam and eve. Thats how the first sin came about.

Why does god hate sins? He created sin... the whole concept. It's his idea, right? God probably wants you to be "sinful" as much as possible. "Homosexual IS a sin, the person isnt. " But a person IS a homosexual. It's not a "choice", it's how they were born. I didn't "decide" to like girls, I just knew my what my body was attracted to. (continuing from before..)Thats why God sent his son, to take our every sin upon his own shoulders and cast it as far as the east is from the west. God loves the people He made. He gave them choice to love or reject Him. But He will never not accept someone who comes before Him, acknowleges their sin, asks for forgivness and chooses the path of righteousness and truth. Hmm I have a few homosexual friends, and 1 of them knows God and was brought up in a Christian environment. He knows very well what he is doing is wrong and he knows that it hurts God. However, God still loves him, God still wants him as His own, God is still knocking at his door waiting for him to answer. As for the "biggest sin" thing, Im pretty sure that all sin is sin - dirty and impure - and no matter how little or 'big' it may seem to us, we will always fall short of the glory of God.

You just proved yourself wrong. God dislikes the sins that they commit and being a homosexual is pretty much the biggest sin you could commit besides denying the holy father. Imagine you created something as beautiful and amazing as a human being and then it basically turns on you, wouldn't you be sad? All, check out the video "Lou Giglio Laminin" under my favorites!! I am most interested in atheist/agnostic/Christian perspective after watching this video. The whole video is incredible but its the latter BIOLOGY portion that is most germane to the atheist/agnostic questions about the existence of Jesus as God. I just found this today and any debate on Jesus as God needs to reconcile this video? against the position of 'non-belief' Peace in Christ...
