Well, duh, it's sushi. While making it you wash your hands innumerable times. Plus, as the caption read, "the vinegar serves as a natural desinfectant". Really... when I was in grade school and our lunch bread dropped on the yard, we would just pick it up, dust it off and keep eating. I'm a meat eater, but my aunt is a vegetarian, I have ate a vegan sushi roll before, and liked it alot. The only vegan thing I would never recommend is wheat grass juice (YUCK).. but I would like to try this recipe out if I can find the ingredients.. I may have to do some substituting though..

You're right. You also cut the rice, not stir it. I also noticed that the presentation wasn't exactly there in the demonstrations of him cutting rolls. It had huge patches of rice missing and just looked sloppy, and sometimes the individual pieces came unraveled. Outside of those nitpicks, he seems to have the idea down.

Albacore is its PROPER name, "White Tuna" is a clever name tricking the thick ppl who WANTS tuna but are too cautious about "red meat" Tuna, if not for it being "warm blooded" it would not grow as big as it does, be half as active as it is or be as much of a delicousy. As for pork n chicken meat being pale in colour, that is because they don't use those muscles very much thus less blood needed in those areas hence pale in colour. Is the leg or thigh meat as pale? All toilets should be covered with the lid when not in use. With uncovered toilets, water will evaporate from the toilet, eventually permeating the bathroom and then the whole house.
