true, it's not enough to be fit. a lot of people who eat at mcdonalds that I know think that just cause their body is in good shape then they're perfectly fine. however this is not the case. you can be the fittest guy in the world & still die of a heart attack. fit =/= healthy. the chemicals in mcdonalds food whether they know it or not will quickly load up their arteries with plaque. unless they can balance it with a diet of high density lipo-proteins they will eventually develop heart disease.

Point two is that I'm not talking about blame, and indeed Morgan is fairly clear in his intro about how people know about McDonalds food, and the boundaries are blurred. True, she's a pretty girl, and certainly looks prettier and healthier after gaining some weight, but even then she is too underweight to be healthy. i have to say something. you dont just call someone "anorexic" because she is underweight. I'm 5'7", weigh 110 . my BMI is 17, which is "underweight" even though i basically eat junk food all day, because fatty foods help mantian my weight because i have a fast metabolism. SO I GUESS IM ANOREXIC!! i'm so fucking sick of people assuming im anorexic just because im born like this and my genetics are like this. it makes me really angry when people label you by your weight.

I found your definitions interesting as none of the doctors diagnosed Tat as "Anorexic" (or having any EDO). So I Googled the various medical sites for variations in (your)definitions, but found that they all refer to Anorexia Nervosa being known as Anorexia - which indicates they are one and the same thing. As this seems to be the case, and following her extensive medicals, I confirm she is neither one nor the other. Thankyou for raising the possible difference.

Yeah Tatiana does have anorexia (because she's underweight) but that's different to anorexia nervosa the eating disorder. People who have been very ill and lose lots of weight are classed as anorexic but that's not an eating disorder - anorexia nervosa is.
