"fine" is not the best... this is a really good way to do it if you have a few hours to blow, but if when I want a really clean finish I always go with angelus, but whatever you like go for it mate! nice stuff!

dont talk like you know best cause i used a marker which means I don't necessarily need to take of the protective layer or use anelus leather acrylic paint. btw any airbrush paint is fine for custumizing your shoes. go do your homework;)

Yo bro nice design but u gotta use Angelus Leather Acrylic paint, and you have to prep or remove the top protective layer off the sneaker before you paint then it will not crack or peel.

This performance of HHS along with Little Richard's Whole Lotta Shakin Goin On on British TV (which used to be on here) are extremely intense. The British Invasion was well in swing, but those two just absolutely killed it to the extreme. In this clip during high heeled sneakers you can just see how much a bad ass mother f**ker he was. Had the audience eating out of his hand pratically. Truly awesome to see. Must have been amazing to be there.

You're right about Katy Lied being their best album. My second favorite was Countdown to Ecstasy. What I find mind boggling is that when the group releases their "Greatest Hits", it seems like they leave out all their best songs. With their Aja album, Steely Dan became somewhat too easy-listening, too smooth-jazz, for my taste.

No kidding, bpohlson, there can be only one incarnate of the greatest music duo to ever walk the earth. Amazing piece. Although I adore the Aja album, it was Katy Lied that delved me into Don and Walter's work, and this song in particular endowed more of a compositional energy that I had thought possible at first glance, being the first track I initially heard. Best song on Katy Lied, Dr. Wu taking a close second. :D
