no, when you are doing dumbell presses, its quite common to drop your weights from about one to two inches off the ground, which is what he did. when you do dumbell presses, you will notice that your arms cannot bend in the manner that they need to NOT to drop the weights. Just to clear one thing up. Steroids does not affect the size of the penis, only the testicles. The reason is because, with steroids you are getting testosterone from a exogenous source, so your testicles shut down their production to maintain a balance in the body, thus they shrink.

Its like pushing a weight across a table, the weight may be 500lb but that doesnt mean you can bench that much, it also doesnt mean your applying 500lb of force becuase the the weight always acts down, it doesnt have an x-component.

ye it is, hes pushing against it which is 2300, hes on the same angle, so its the same, it actually probably more, with the friction of the machine and the fact that gravity is pulling down while your pushing against it instead of just going in the opposite direction of gravity, like air lifting, hes going more perpendicular so its increasing how hard it is

Yes I've seen Russian Billiards, it is indeed more difficult to pot a ball. But, as a result they play almost no position, the games are bore to watch, and no one wants to play. If these guys are so skilled why don't they play with the big boys where the money is.You say its not fair to compare two different games, but thats exactly what you are doing. Yes, pool requires a different skill set than snooker, as does your precious Russian billiards. Come to Toronto and I'll beat you at all three.

OFF SEASON means he is eating a ton a food, not doing so much cardio and lifting heavy weights. Gaining body fat is not an issue! Its how you get BIGGER. You must eat,eat and eat more. THEN 12-15 weeks before an event, you will cut carbs and change your diet with lots of cardio and bring the body fat way down. Then and only then will you see all the detail he has when on stage. He is also still lifting when off-season, thats the best time because you can carb-up and lift very heavy to build.

It's not that msgchris, he's off season, you often lose a lot of detail, size, and symmetry when you stop lifting for a while, his entire body definently isn't at it's best he's lost a lot in this video, but like I said he's off season. arnold is one of my favourite bodybuilders and i would like to say that he was bigger than ronnie but he isnt. they did compete in differant times tho so there were differant methods of trainin etc. look at the photos at 1:00 ronnie has way bigger legs. then compare 0:39 to 0:51 ronnie has again got the bigger back.
