If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) we'd be racists. If we had a White Pride Day you would call us racists. If we had White History Month, we'd be racists. the white man did relocate the Africans and put belligerent tribes next to each other. the white man did rape the land of its resources. the people of africa were far superior to "white" civilizations up until the whites involvement. the whole slave trade thing and exporting all of Africa's resources did kinda screw them over. You have to figure they are a couple hundred years behind industrialized civilizations. so it has alot to do with the whites. and the comment was racist, its history.
