Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup and 1 tablespoon of luke warm water

I'm having problem making the dough. Manjula makes it look easy. My dough is sticky & mushy, Ive got to add more flour to make it work. Whats the trick? My kid likes this alot. I had a godsister from Trinidad who made the best roti w/curry chicken.
