idk about the rest of the members i just know lloyd omedhebo personally, and i say he has the most heart and wanted to spread his music more then any other local rap group. The wolfpack as their original name was, is inspired by our local school seirra high, the timberwolves. Ive skated with lloyd while he hosted the local middle school dances, and ive hung out with his little brother antonio growing up. He had a huge Mix board, and drum kits on the second story of the house on junction street.

eat after every 2 hours , and eat a lot of proyein, like fish, chicken breast, and also don't eat any carbs after 6 , meaning for dinner u can have soap but no bread or wheat, and then 2 hours after have 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter thats like 8 carbs but 200 cal, so its good

get some cardio going....i'd say diet is good but you have to do cardio and ab workouts a combination of both....now most people dont like it because they feel its not working but after a months training i guarantee you youll lose stomach fat if any and start showing more definition in your abs... also get the extra stamina :)thats just my suggestion but hopefully he answers you as well
