klar war die musik besser. mir ist eigentlich auch scheiß egal ob die jetzt guter oder böser junge sind. ich mein, heute hat die musik auch ne ganz andere bedeutung für mich, als vor 2 - 3 jahren... bin jetzt ja selber ne "internet-fotze". ich kann nur zb. solche aussagen nicht verstehen: "ich ha dem im 1 gegen 1 weg". aber naja, wenn man keine anderen probleme hat is doch cool...

ich bin 14 und finde die musik von silbermond voll toll!! und dass hat(zumindest bei mir) nichts mit dem alter zu tun.ich mag einfach allgemein die texte und die melodien von silbermond. klar gibt es auch viele teenies,die da schon sehr in das muster passen besonders mit tokio hotel und so..aber ich finde es nicht ok einfach alle in eine schublade zu stecken!!

naja..nichts gegen diese Art von Musik, ich hör zwar nicht Tokio Hotel, aber die sind ungefähr auf den selben Level wie Silbermond. Genau 12-jährige hören besonders gerne Silbermond, Wir sind Helden, etc...und eben auch Tokio Hotel, nebenbei schaun sie auch noch highschoolmusical und mögen miley cirus. Das geht alles so in einem.

Dieses Lied erinnert mich immer an Zeit wo ich mit meinen Eltern im Ausland (!=DACH) war. Einer der letzen Radioaufnahen die ich damals auf einen Grundig 13cm Tonband (war so ein 5 kg portable mit UKW radio) machte bevor es in den mitleren Osten ging war dieser Song. Hab ihn dann immer immer wieder (waren auch andere dabei) abspielen können. he´s a good singer, but i simply don´t like his singing.(it has nothing to do with his handycap) i know it´s a matter of taste but fischer-dieskau (i absolutely adore him!) is simply one of the best baritones of all time and quasthoff will never come close to fischer-dieskau, because (face it!) he will never reach his level.

there is no way you can say he is famous only for his handicap - his voice on its own is magnificent. Therefore, dear Mr. Picapin just open another tab/window or close your eyes and listen. His interpretation is great - though, i must admit, i, too, prefer Fischer-Dieskau's interpretations - personal POV

You like his voice or not. It's matter of taste. My personal favorite baritone is Jorma Hynninen. DFD is ecxellent and flawless singer but maybe he is little bit overrated. From tenors my favorite is Peter Schreier, no question.

I heard Quastoff sing Die Schone Mullerin at Carnegie Hall in march 2006. It was the only time I have ever heard a singer in performance where I can say, for myself, that I heard ART, not a singer singing. It was a magical experience.

Ok, in this particular case is not so much a matter of techniqe but a matter of repertoire. This is not for his voice. Brahms fits his voice but him singing Schubert's Gute Nacht is as ridiculous as Thomas Hampson singing Verdi.

I don't if you are able to sing but please tell me where his technique is lacking in your opinion but don't tell me stupid things about emotions? I like Diskeau very much and obviously the fact that Mr. Quasthoff has this health problem made him greater and more famous. Anyway I find him a good singer. Thank you
