I didn't come here saying I had a video that was better. I'm just saying, sniper rifle on Hard Core will do that and it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to time the shots. I mean do you even see his kill/death records? No? Edited, simple as that. Some shots were nice but again, hard core means you shoot someone in the toe with a sniper rifle shot and the dude is dead.

m40 is not the "noob" sniper rifle. The r700 isnt used as much because of its recoil, but with the m40 there's barely any recoil and it kills in one hit with stopping power. But really the m40 and r700 are almost the same.

I never ran out of ammo. I sometimes ran out of ammo for my preffered guns (Abe's Repeater and Hunting Rifle) but only because I used them all the time. But then I always had a cushy 500+ Stack of 10mm and 5.56 (Right?) ammo to fall back on. Not to mention the Fatboy, Flamer, Laser Rifle, and the Ripper which I loved using to carve up Raiders. If you actually take the time to explore (Which is 75% of the fun) you can find assloads of ammo and Stimpaks, and everything else.

No, V.A.T.S. aiming actually never gets old. I was shocked, but it is way fun to use. Only downside is you have to wait for your AP bar to fill back up enough after using it so many times before using it again. Watching an enemy get decapitated by a bullet, and then another get his arm split off, and the last explodes into blood, never gets old. I thought it'd get really old to, but I was wrong.
