yah im a kick boxer/ground fighter so what no matter how hard you hit heavy hitters tend to be slower and the force of the hit no matter how great it takes 1/2 a second to doge it take him down and arm bar, choke ,etc. So 200 pounds for a punch or 6 pounds witch can easily snap your elbow in an arm bar. The force would have to depend on the exact technique, and over all strength of the individual person. for example Mike Tyson would have hit a lot harder than these cats, and crocop would have kicked a lot harder. And in a fight each of these fighters would not contain the same power and speed as they get tired. So many other variables to consider. Still these cats a freaken animals!!

Besides saying that grappling is useless in one against many fights is not true. Think of it from the point of many weaker strikers taking on a stronger striker. 2 on 1lets say. Best strategy for them would be to get that guy on the ground and keep him there while the second guy would finish him off while he s defenseless. So if the guy doesn't know anything about it and doesn't know how to avoid it no matter how good of a striker he is he ll be in trouble.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree. I'm studying Kajuknebo ( a mixed martial art) and even the jr. belts know basic knife defense. Once you reach purple, you work more with weapons and what not. Of course, I do agree that pretty much all the fighting you see on TV is fake. Entertaining, but fake.

No I meant there is no MA that can prepare you for getting jumped yes IMO GJJ is the best for street self defense but I didnt mean in the scenario of multiple attackers there is nothing tp prepare you for that and any MA that claims so is a con. I agree each system has it's of styles, Example: Jujitsu has over 700 known styles. Just like the art of Karate(Okinawa) has alot of chinese and japanese influence. Like Kung Fu's origins can be traced back to dharma Marga and Wushu, but the style of style of wing chun was developed by a young woman who founded her own style.

I SURE hope you're trolling, because MMA is FAR from being easy, it's one of the hardest Martial Arts training there is with Kyokushin Karate and Thai and kick Boxing. If you'd watch more closely, you'd see that MMA fighters aren't clumsy at all, all of their moves are controlled. This acrobatic feat does NOTHING in a fight...MMA is ALL about fighting...so...which one is best in a fight?

he would not have broken his toes because karate kicks hit with the ball of the foot. This is much better than shin kicks for two reasons. A) the impact area is more concentrated and will have more of an effect. B) if the shin, or the arch of the foot is blocked with an elbow, trust me, the person will be limping for the next month.

by face contact i mean punching to the face, i think kyokushin would be pefect if they had face contact for punching, but just punching to the body isnt always gonna be helpful. Karate and taekwondo needs to stress punching to the face and grappling. thats why u have all these MMA guys saying that karate and taekwondo dont work.
