i think the only way Vietnam will get more help from us "Viet Kieu" is "dang cong san-Communist Party" change its name to "dang dan chu-Republican Party" because in vn right now, no one believe in "cong san" and "Communist" proved to be unrealistic by the fall of Soviet Union!!
