I really like bullet, and I think they are a different style than a lot of other metal bands (at least other metal bands that I listen too.) Being a guitarist myself, I usually look for the bands with a good instrumental sound. Ive learned a couple of Bullet's songs on guitar and they're pretty easy. I personally think it's Matt's voice that makes it come together and be so good.

Yeah but you should really learn to appreciate the differences. Compare this to Amon Amarth and you can just hear the difference between Folk Metal (this) vs. Viking Metal (Amon Amarth). Folk Metal is still very broad though, Eluveitie is said to be Folk Metal and this song is very different from their style. Just fyi.
