In the movie Hunger if what was depicted,the brutality to the prisoners is accurate, the Crown has its own Abu Ghraib. Republicans should have been interned under the protection of the military. The loss of life resulting from assasinations and suicides would have been restricted. Regardless of his convictions Bobby Sands was a brave person. However the dialogue between him and the priest at least acknowledged that his cognitive processes were impaired. his

This is my favourite contemporary Vampire movie. It's visually stylish and atmospheric, with a great soundtrack. Anybody knocking this film obviously doesn't appreciate these qualities. Catherine Deneuve makes this worth watching just for her incredible beauty and mysterious quality alone - the modern day Garbo!!!!

This is excellant. It is sounds so old school; yet it is a brilliant track. I hope that this is a major hit for Eric. It sounds just as good "live" as it does on vinyl. It does sound like this could have been written for Donnell Jones. Its his type of Groove. If you know what I mean? Its something that I thought that would have come out of his camp. This tracks groove is so ol' school, and this live version sounds as good, if not better than the studio track. The melody is outstanding, with excellent musical accompaniment, along with Eric's soulful vocals makes this one of the best R&B tracks in 2008, without question!!

Cornell's amazing, but Chester's vocal range is too impressive and out of Chris's league. Chester can sing slow ballads, poppy tracks, heavy songs, and straight up rock and roll and do it so so well. They have done AMAZING things since this song / album. Devil Thumbs is their second best album in my mind - Cinematic Superthug was the follow up but it really wasn't good. However after it they went independant again and released Spaceman's Last Goodbye which is a completely brilliant CD. Then they did Finding Who We Are which is pretty good but not completely great. They are to me what Led Zeppelin or AC/DC or Black Sabbath is to many other people. They are my classic and my forever influence.

This is from the album "Devil Thumbs A Ride". Still my favorite of theirs. It came out in 1996. It was my senior year in high school. Nothing but good memories every time I hear this song or anything from the album. I also got Cinematic Superthug which had a few good ones like Phoenix but just didn't hit me as hard. I didn't really follow them since and just recently heard they're still around. Thanks for putting this up man!
