Igual, lo volviste a decir mal, si adelantas 30 minutos siendo las 7:00 a.m diciendo que aun es oscuro (cosa que dudo mucho, somos zona intertropical y amanece a terminos de las 6:00a.m.) dejaras esperando a los niños 30 minutos más el sol porque en realidad serian las 6:30a.m., tienes que atrazar el reloj porque asi los niños saldran a las 7:00a.m de su reloj cuando en verdad son las 7:30a.m por lo que se habra ganado luz.

el dilema aqui es que en el momento que chavez promulga el cambio de horario aqui en venezuela para esos meses siendo las 7:00 de la mañana aun estaba oscuro el quizo adelantar 30 minutos mas para que de tiempo de amanecer y asi los niños no salgan al colegio a las 7:00am cuando aun estaba oscuro, al esperar las 7:30 los estudiantes esperaban a que el sol saliera es decir. 30 min mas de espera para que el sol saliera (OJO SOY ANTI CHAVISTA PERO IGUAL CHAVEZ ES UN BRUTO QUE NO SUPO EXPLICARSE)

I thought this might be a documentary; as I started watching it's more like an hour-long Chavez infomercial packed with testimonials. He has his own production staff that make things like this; VPRO could've saved the trouble and asked for one of his own promotional videos. I don't hear any narrator through most of it and no formal interviews to even hint at being objective. Strange, because VPRO usually offers those things in the documentaries that I've seen.

Hey, my life has not been affected in any way bad because of this. If these banks give out crap loans to people who can't afford it, then these lenders and people who take out the loans need personal responsibility and they need to reap what they sow. Let them fail. You shouldn't be taking out loans for a 300,000 dollar home when you make only 50,000 a year

and also #2. Who controls the money? Congress.....during Bush's fathers presidency, the democrats controlled the congress until during Clintons presidency in 1994. During that time the economy was terrible. In 1994 the democrats were voted out because of their assault weapons ban and the republicans took over. From 1994 to 2006 the economy was very good in the USA. Now that the democrats took over congress in 2006, the economy and gas prices went to shit.

if you compare our economy to the rest of the world, we are still doing much bettereven though our dollar has fallen in value. in europe they pay far higher prices for gas and food. they pay 8 dollars a gallon in europe. I don't know what state you live in, but here in heavily conservative utah, our economy and unemployment is kicking ass.
