I guess we can think of it, being like the military. Its a harsh place, but the ideas, and systems in place, do much better to rehabilitate prisoners, it would seem. It dosent stop the prisoners networking, and learning new criminal skills. But it does stop the secular nature, that prison gangs use like a cone of silence. I guess, westernized jails could learn something, but if one is disillusionized, with society, then, theres not much hope. Unless we reprogram them. Like in cuba ;)

It must be nice, by the video the prison is just like a sealed off apartment building but wwth moarls and humanzation. The prisoners dont have the stare of death look on them, and by the picture taken with the staff and a yard of looking 150 inmates standing behind them. The staff dont even look worried, none of the faces look like they are ploting somthing. And I think the danceing is optional, I mean there must be other programs in the facilty to offer atleast educational needs.

I think that this type of rehabilitation is the smartest way to get people back to the 'good' track. It's non violent, is a good source of excercise, and is completely optional. Not all of the inmates are forced to do it, everyone you see there is doing it in their own will.

I think dat dancing is a gud thng. Not only is it a gud form of dscipline, its also a gud form of physical actvty...I'm glad dat ders an insitution out der dat gives ds knd of gud treatment as a means of rehabilitating their inmates. They may be stuck in prison, but instead of hating lyf & d society bcz of their unfortunate situation, it wil serve as a learning center 4 dem. So dat once dey get of prison & go bck 2 d real world, they'll b able 2 blend in again w/ othr ppl & live a normal lyf.

Torture is when you deprive somebody of good food, clean wear, clean and peaceful environment and chop off their balls for no reason.... As with all U.S. Jails... They are segregated according to race, hence gang violence can never be stopped... The CPDRC solution is not in any way torture to the eyes of any Filipino... Any bright ideas to resolve your gang riots and repeat offenders in your jails?

I think the organizer of the jail has done a phenomenal job here.. Some of these individuals are probably hard criminals yet they have been brought into a discipline where community and the timing and responsibility for eachother is now important..The symbolism is harmony... Whether these results were obtainede under pressure is irrelevant..The result is harmony...Great Job!! A testement of what can be done when someone cares enough to bring about a cohesive unity!!

I am so proud for them considering they are prisoners. It makes other people look at them in a different way. I totally support them in whatever they plan in the future. I hope the tourist attraction thing will work out. goodluck and hope to see more in the future.
