No, he wasn't =]. Hehe, training does make you more flexible, but the process is maybe quicker if you were born "Hypermobile" though I doubt it has any massive effect. I can dislocate any of my limbs, they do it spontaniously, but according to many GP's it doesn't mean I have any kind of hypermobility, and is probably due to spine problems =s..
