Let's see. Bama finished 6-6 and was so bad that Shula got fired. Purdue finished 8-6 with a #60 strength of schedule. ASU was 7-5 and lost to a terrible UCLA team. ASU also had to win in OT against a terrible Washington team. The same BSU team got drilled by UGA the in 2005. OSU, 8-4, lost to both UCLA and WSU, 7-6, 6-6, respectively. These were average to bad teams for their conferences so are you sure you want to hold up these games as examples when UH won 3 of the 5 games?

It was a joke for Brennan to even be mentioned for the Heisman. 58 TD's against whom? The WAC teams averaged 4-8 in 2007. Brennan is third out of three QB's while Ainge is fourth of four, same difference and my guess is that the Jets will release Pennington. I've seen lots of QB's have good pre-season games against the other teams' 3rd stringers, many of whom won't make the final roster either. Brennan still can't read defenses, his footwork still stinks, and he can't take a hit.

That makes 9x39 a speciality round or a support round, depending how one chooses to describe it. pretty much all major militaries, maybe ALL, in the world's MAIN rifle cartridges are around 5.56 including Russia and China. and no one is considering a change to a larger caliber. also note that Russia and China went from larger calibers to smaller calibers at great expense in the 70s.

SO he complained to the officiating crew this year that they needed to protect his players from rough hits. SO the WHOLE freaking game, if someone even so much as faked getting hurt, they threw a flag. ANd gay ass Texas players seemed to love falling down in that game. You should keep your stainless 45 as it is. You cannot parkerize stainless. You may be able to moly coat it but I do not think it will stick. You need to get a second 45. Rgds, RGaz

I want it parkarized so do you recommend buying a whole new 1911 that is already parkarized or do you recommend me just having a gunsmith disassemble my stainless 1911 and treat the slide, frame and other parts with parkarizing solution? georgia should have been in the championship game... i am a die hard UH fan, but UGA and UH are in 2 completely different leagues. georgia was playing some of the best football at the time. i also feel the AD at UH fucked the warriors over big time with poor scheduling. this was colt's year to shine and due to terrible schedule management, everyone out there will always hold up the weak schedule card. and rightfully so. he'll make a good back up, hopefully he can be a starter after awhile.

Realbrave's right actually, he did play in a sub[ar conference, but you still can't deny his consistency throughout his 3 years, setting records and such. You could say the Sugar Bowl was a test to play against a real good team, unfortunately he didn't step up to the challenge. But that alone doesn't make him bad, I still consider him one of the best QBs from that season

Brennan was overrated, merely a system QB playig against mostly subpar at best teams from the WAC. His less then stellar throwing power didn't help him either, he can only throw 60 yards. His poor performance at the Sugar Bowl also hurt him.
