True, rolling takes time, but its best to get a cycle going. You roll one chapatti and place it on the tava. Before it has time to cook on one side, you should have the next one already rolled. If you do this, it takes no longer to roll and cook versus just cooking. Making the dough doesn't really take so long, but it is an extra step that can be saved and some people need all the time-saving they can get :).

You can use a frying pan but do not be disappointed if Roti does not puff or come out the way you see it in the video. It depends on the frying pan too. The heavier the base the better.

You're about to get too many subscriptions, lol. And I tried that spicy Chicken Curry, and I'm SO glad I got that pressure cooker for my birthday, because I hadn't used it until now. I brought it to work and shared since I had a bunch of chicken that no one claimed in the fridge. So I had to use it before it went bad. Thanks - Roti as you may know is usually eaten with curry. I have several curry videos please try Chicken Curry that goes well with Roti. Their are numerous options one is to spread a bit of HOMOS, add slices of tomatoes and lettuce and roll it into a sandwich. Kids also love it when sugar is spread over a layer of butter and Roti is rolled as a sandwich. Will appreciate if you can ask your friends to subscribe too.
