The trains were organised by West Coast Railway Company, in conjunction with the Friends of Bowring Park (as part of the latter's centenary celebrations). There are mixed reports concerning the loading of the trains, and the ticketing system that weekend. Sorry to hear about your bad experiences.

The sign of good firing technique and you have two good locations there as well. I've just checked on Streetmap (don't know the area) and it is on Kenyon Lane just at the junction where it becomes the B5207. I was peering through one of those modern railway fences.

MEAT. TASTES. GOOD. Having a perfect body does nothing for you when you are dead. If I could live 10-20 years longer but had to give up Dairy, or Meat, I'd turn it down, hands-down. Not much beats having a good, bloody steak, in my opinion.

Simple biology teaches us that ANY phenotype is always the result of genes PLUS environment so even if Kiril is predisposed unless he supplements his body with chemicals and nutrient-empty food these genes will never be activated and illness will never ever ever ensue. vegan yay.

Yes,but not too many.Now I am not on diet,because I am just 26 and my LDL is about 100+ and HDL about 70+ and tryglicerides 55.If I start having lipid problesm,I will have to close my mouth when seeing these products.)

So I guess you don't have a genetically determined high cholesterol,otherwise you won't have so good results. And:your start point was bad-if you lost 25 kg,then you had much space for improvement.But what will you suggest to a guy on his 50's,with 130-140 pounds,not eating much fat and having LDL 170 and higher? If you start from almost a normal level,you have no much space for improvement,sorry.

Well, Kiril1, a year and a half ago, I switched to a low-fat, whole-grain, vegan diet. Within 3 months, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 142 to 98. Then, 3 months later, it continued down to 68. My HDL increased slightly from 32 to 35. Also, my blood pressure plummeted down to a good, normal level. (Oh, and I lost 60 pounds, too.)

No diet will help you,if you are about 45-50 and your HDL is 30 and LDL is 190.Even if you jump out of the window,you still will have high Cholesterol. Diet help for 10-15%,no more.Keep dreaming.

Ohhhh I see, you havn't seen research results since 1972, that must be the problem. I would suggest reading new studies. Just so you know, high cholesterol "runs" in my family (italian heritage), yet because my cholesterol intake is ZERO, my cholesterol levels are optimal. It's that simple. Prevention!

Not ONE gene but a group,maybe 1000 genes.Of course. Genes play a role and you should live with it.Example:if your parents have high cholesterol on their 50"s,you have a good chance to have the same and no diet will help you. Diet,environment-all these can give you a present of 2-4 years,not more.Don't be naive. Unless you are living in chernobyl,for example,with the X-rays and things like this. With all due respect, until one actually discovers the superiority of the vegan diet, one doesn't truly realize how UNhealthy a vegetarian diet is - mainly due to dairy products and the animal protein contained in it (casein). It's said that if a meat eater were to give up any food from his diet, even over red meat, giving up dairy would make a MUCH bigger difference towards improved health.
