anorexia is killing yourself. i think it may sometimes be another way of commiting suicide, rather than say homoside. But girls who have eating disorders need to know this: GUYS LIKE GIRLS WHO LIKE THEMSELVES! and if there doing it for a guy, keep in mind the phrase above :] My heart goes out to every girl who has an eating disorder. and i hope they make it through :)

thats what i said...and how i used to be...now i binge and purge up to 4-8 times a day and i did actually get myself down to 105 but for some reason now that i work out i've ballooned to 120..it makes me sick and i cant control it but if you can help it, stop now..while you still can..i had a chance to get out and didnt take it..now i'm completly gone..so please, do yourself a favor, save yourself!

Well, there are lots of people who have that kind of thing.. Eating alot but don't gain any weight... Sometimes there can be something wrong with your thyroid gland. Try consuming foods that contain alot of Iodine.

Then I was rearended in a car wreck and the medicines they put me on made me gain 50lbs in a month, literally instantly. Ipecac syrup is really dangerous. It's only supposed to be used in emergencies. It can cause hemorrhaging, shock, heart problems, seizures, and death the very first time you use it. It's so dangerous most pharmacies will only sell single doses.

To comment on this is very hard but bulimia is a very bad thing to go through. That being said there is an easy route besides gagging yourself and binging. There is this syrup in a pharmacy called ipecac and it helps people to force there food out of their stomache. It is mainly used to get poisons out of stomache.

whats the best way to approach someone you care about ..who you suspect has bulimia? especially if they are in denial...someone i know well..i suspect has it..they have not lost weight...but obsessed with working out non stop....and ive found vomit in bins a few times..when i asked about it ,i was told well it wasnt me...so it seems like denial to me...the person im talking about also believes they are perfect ...

a member of my family went through this and it makes me cry how someone so close to me was gripped by the demon that is anorexia. the media needs to radically change its portrayal of size zero and these models that look like they are at deaths door but its all covered with makeup and airbrushed to mask the real truth of why these models look so thin! no man sees being skinny to the extreme as attracive so why are we made to think that this is a beautiful thing!!!

Judgmental people have no idea what their words may have done to someone, even after they try to take them back. "Normal" people will never understand that eating disorders have so little to do with food and everything to do with trying to stuff or starve the unbearable pain that never goes away no matter what we eat or don't eat. Thanks for posting this video, although I suspect the ignorance will continue.
