Sorry maty, the silver proby thing in the middle of the valves is the fuel injector. You can see it firing the atomized derv through its nozzle holes at 0.46 sec's then being ignited by the compressed air within the cylinder. Yes Diesel engines can have glow plugs, but only to aid cold starting. They are electrically turned off a few seconds after the start secuence and not needed due to the thermal running of the engine.(not shown).

It has NO sparkplugs for Gods sake.Those of you who have tried to argue this fact (well done), and the others, please accept the advice of those who know. In 1980, right before his album "Hearts and Bones" came out, I studied in a small group with Paul Simon himself at The Guitar Study Center in NYC which was run by his brother, Eddie Simon. I will tell you now, Paul Simon HIMSELF could not play "The Boxer" in this manner; Paul has even studied with Howard Morgen (as I have...) and there is now way I can play this way and I think I play well after 40 years of playing. This young man is an incredible talent who is truly gifted. I am in awe.

I think this version is amazing. It has so much weight and passion in it. It's not always about the exact execution of an idea, sometimes it's more about the idea itself and the emotion that is poured into that idea. But that's just my humble opinion about one of my favorite songwriters.

We tried the food,and my boxers just wouldn't get full on it,it was like they were just going right through it, always hungry so we went back the Royal Canin Boxer. They do much better on it. I love the "meet the boxer" part of this video. People don't really know the Boxer. They are Great. i would have never known. but i am a boxer person NOW!! We have TWO.lol

Everyone has an opinion on the cropped ears issue. And nothing that either side writes or says will change the other side's minds. But I'll still throw my hat into the ring. Health issues aside; I think Cropped Boxers look stoic, dignified, and handsome. Uncropped Boxers look cute and adorable. So I will always crop a male boxer. I'd consider leaving a female boxer uncropped.

Great Video showing the true colors of boxers, but like tipoputo it was disgusting to see this emotional video turn into a dog food commercial. Personally, I would never feed my boxers Eukanuba. We feed our boxer food that is 100% meat, and supplement with treats that contain hip and heart nutrients. And ear infections or not it is CRUEL to crop an animals ears. Not to mention that they look like idiots.

I love Boxers, Premium food is a must regardless for any breed of dog. If you own one you should feed it well. Awesome Vid!!!! Good info. I own a boxer and I love all dogs but I must say that they are one of the most expressive breeds. There are a lot of animals that don't have a chance to be themselves, I saw something I never wanted to watch , but watched it anyway.. Please be informed of Vivisection.. My boxer developed osteosarcoma, which was misdiagnosed by two vets. When it was finally diagnosed it was too late to amputate her leg. Her death was so tragic that I know that I can never own one again. I'm used to field line golden retrievers which live 13 to 15 years (at least the lines I've been dealing with). I'm not willing to lose a dog after such a short life again.
