He does talk about pairings. He says superset the OH squats with chops and front squats with get-ups. Maybe I'm giving him too much credit, but when he talks about burning body fat in squats it sounds like he is just saying that front squats are a metabolically demanding exercise, which is definitely not BS.

Listen to the video again. He mentions burning body fat during the instruction on DB Front Squats. There is no mention of a paired exercise nor mention of heart rate of any kind throughout the video. If I were to put out a video, I would make damn sure what I spoke was truth not BS.

Well the traditional squat requires more abdominal activation than any traditional ab exercise. Any exercise which requires holding a weight over head requires strong core activation. Combining those two makes for one hell of a movement.

I'm not sure he's advocating spot reduction. It sounds like he's suggesting interval type supersets involving compound movements with large core involvement. And interval training is the king of fat loss. It makes sense, but maybe I'm not hearing him right.

Beim ZDF Fernsehpreis 2008 kam es zu einem Eklat. Marcel Reich-Ranicki lehnt den Fernsehpreis ab, da heutzutage nur mehr völliger Blödsinn im Fernsehen läuft. Bitte blickt in manche Gesichter, einfach cool dass der Alte gegen das Fernsehen shootet.
4 Stunden lang wurde er gelangweilt und nun lehnt er diesen Preis ab.

no no, that's genetic, not everybody is lucky enough to have symmetric abs, It's the same with biceps (look at arnold, his biceps weren't symmetric at all). There are many ways to train your abs, but whatever you do, make sure u keep it intensive. But low body-fat, makes them look reaaaaaally awesome. And do a lot of core-muscle training too, it makes your whole body better:).

Where did i say you must train them each day? I was simply saying abs are different to any other muscles. I always give each group one weeks rest. But abs can be trained more. I train my 3 times a week. Of course when you do any train if a muscle hurts you stop. But TBH i dont even see why people bother to train there abs unless the eat correctly and aim to have(or have) a low bf% .i will probably be slated for saying that. But it seems like a waste of time to me other wise.

technically, this workout is for toneing the abs not really for loosing weight. If you want to lose weight, try eating healthy foods throughout the day and not starving yourself. Adding this routine to a workout (my definition of workout being 1 hour or so) will help alot more than this alone. as for the amount of times, it depends on your physiuqe. It could take 10 times or 100. best thing to do is to keep excersizing till you reach the body you want, and keep it in shape so you dont loose it!!
